Multifunctional seat
The multifunctional rear part of the vehicle is also a sleeping and recreational area, which can be adapted to any needs that arise during the trip in a few simple steps. In the morning they can be places for mobile work placed opposite each other, in the evening a cozy seat for shared meals, and at night a single or double bed 2 m long.
Universal rotating column table
The rotating column table is always where you need it. Whether in the front of the driver’s cabin or in the back between the seats. When the table is not in use, it can simply be hidden in the standard double floor.

Where to hide the bedding during the day? Of course, in a practical bag. After a good night’s sleep, the bed turns into a sofa, and the bedding quickly goes into the bag, which has space in the driver’s cabin.

A lightweight foldable table and two foldable chairs are included from the start, along with a practical transport bag. They can be conveniently stored in the storage compartment located above the driver’s cab and under the left seat at the rear of the vehicle. Atmospheric lighting, efficient TRUMA heating and very effective Cellofoam insulation made of 60% recycled fibers make the interior cozy even on winter nights. This applies to all three sleeping places, because in addition to two full-size single beds with a length of 2 m, the MAXIA VAN has an additional sleeping place in the driver’s cabin for small travelers.
Everything for connoisseurs on board
The well-thought-out kitchen equipment will also prove useful when traveling, including a 90-liter compressor refrigerator and a combination of a sink with a 2-burner stove equipped with electric ignition. The deck also includes a foldable extension for the countertop and kitchen drawers with a “push lock” locking system and a “soft close” system.
Your living room on the go
With an interior height of two meters, the super-high roof of the MAXIA VAN provides a comfortable sense of space. An additional advantage is the breathable and sound-absorbing lining of the roof and side walls.
Compact bathroom with integrated shower cabin
In a compact bathroom, space is used extremely efficiently. The sink above the toilet can be folded to create more space. The tilting window provides natural light and optimal ventilation of the bathroom. The shower can be separated from the rest of the room with a louvered wall, and the shower head, which extends far, can also be used as an outdoor shower when placed outside through the window.
Hygge and advanced technology: MAXIA VAN multimedia package
“Composition Color”, a radio system developed by Volkswagen with a TFT display, four speakers, a Bluetooth connector and two USB-C ports, is, in addition to Car-Net, App-Connect and an interface for connecting a smartphone, part of the multimedia package.
Movies in the evening, mobile office during the day
CAMPERNET gives you a fast internet connection even on the go. A perfectly configured, complete system, consisting of a modern router and a strong external roof antenna, allows you to stream, surf the web and work mobile even in places with poor reception. The Wi-Fi network generated by the system also guarantees a safe and optimal connection with all devices in the vehicle and its immediate surroundings – just like at home.
